Electabuzz LV. 20:
The electrifying Pokémon with a very short fuse.
At 60 Hit Points (HP), this is a tough Basic Pokémon
Its Light Screen attack means it will be even harder to
Knock Out if you decide to go on the defensive.
Because its Quick Attack only uses Colorless Energy,
you can attack even if you're out of Lightning Energy.
Using a Double Colorless Energy card, you might even
be able to deal 30 damage on your very first turn.

Mewtwo LV. 60
The world's most powerful Pokémon takes the starring role in
Pokémon: The First Movie as it challenges Mew for
dominance of all Pokémon.
This Mewtwo has 70 HP - even more than the
Mewtwo from the Base Set!
If you're worried about your opponent draining away all
your Energy with cards like Energy Removal, this is the
Pokémon for you!
You can keep getting your Energy cards back with
Mewtwo's Energy Absorption attack. Then you'll be
able to Psyburn for 40 damage!

Pikachu LV. 13
The most charming and beloved Pokémon of all. This popular
character is Ash's #1 Pokémon.
Pikachu's Thunderbolt attack does 50 damage, which is
a lot. But you have to discard all the Energy cards
attached to Pikachu to use it.
Pikachu can get Energy cards out of your deck using its
Recharge ability, so discarding Energy isn't a problem.
You can also charge Pikachu up quickly by playing it,
attaching an Energy card, and using Recharge. Then the
very next turn, attach another Energy, and Pikachu is
ready to use Thunderbolt!
Dragonite LV. 43
The flying Pokémon messenger. Dragonite has an important
invitation for Ash in its mailbag.
This Dragonite has a Pokémon Power that lets you
draw an extra card and put back a card you don't want.
Because you'll just draw that card again at the beginning
of your next turn, you might want to combine Dragonite
with cards that shuffle your deck. Then you can get the
card you don't want out of your way.
Dragonite's Supersonic Flight attack will do a lot of
damage for only 3 Energy...if you get heads on the coin
